Proco Check Valve Products are a leading manufacturer of designing and manufacturing a cost effective mechanism to prevent the back flow of fluids and gases.
There are various types of check valves available on the market, including ball and flap type check valves however, our rubber check valves are specifically designed to be durable and effective, reducing the likelihood of common maintenance problems.
They are a fully passive device requiring neither maintenance nor any sources of outside power or manual assistance to operate.
The Proco ProFlex™ Style 730 rubber duckbill check valves are designed to easily slip over an existing pipe and be attached with heavy-duty stainless steel clamps. It can be installed in both vertical and horizontal applications.
Some notable features of the Proco ProFlex™ Style 730 rubber duckbill check valve include:
All-rubber construction to resist abrasive slurries
Proco ProFlex™ Style 710 flanged duckbill check valve is designed to bolt directly to both existing flanges, as well as new installations. The flanges are drilled 150# standard, however other drilling standards are available upon request. The ProFlex™ Style 710 can be installed in either a vertical or horizontal application.
All-rubber construction to resist abrasive slurries
Ultra-quiet operation, with no water hammer
Unique design to prevent backflow
Negligible maintenance and energy costs
Will not warp or freeze
Quick interchange with any flap type check valve
Available in sizes from 1” to 96”
Available with special ID to suit concrete pipe
Proco Style 445-BD Molded Expansion Joint
Proco Style 445-BD Molded Expansion Joints can be used for corrosive applications that are found in industries such as chemical-petrochemical, industrial process piping systems, power generation plants, pulp/paper plants, water and wastewater sewage, and pollution control systems. Wherever metallic joints, lap joints, or PTFE and FEP-lined rubber expansion joints were previously used, the Proco Style 445-BD can also be used.
Absorption of pipe-wall and fluid-borne noise
Reduction of system stress and strain
Isolation of mechanical vibration and motion
Superior “Flex Life” and strength
Tested force pound and spring rate tables
Coated flanges and factory set limit bolts
Chemical service capability at minimal cost
Elimination of electrolysis
Protection against start up and surge forces
Proco Style 233 Expansion Joints
Proco Style 233 expansion joints are built to withstand even the most rigorous piping system configurations. They are triple wide-arch products, specifically constructed to reduce or eliminate common occurrences such as noise and vibration, misalignment/offset, or turbulence. Style 233 expansion joints are appropriate for a wide variety of industrial applications, and are available in open arch and filled arch configurations.
Some of the notable features and benefits of the Proco Style 233 are:
Absorption of Directional Movement Less Turbulence or Material Entrapment Absorption of Vibration, Noise and Shock Compensation for Misalignment Wide Range of Service and Lighter Weight Easy Material Identification
Proco Style 240/242 molded double-sphere rubber expansion joints are built to withstand even the most rigorous piping system configurations. They allow for axial compression or axial extension, and lateral deflection as well as angular movement. Their easy installation makes them the logical choice for even the toughest jobs.
